This is just some poor shooter someone made and decided to put pixel art sex in for no good reason.

Welcome to old school flash games - little is explained and you have to fill in the gaps.
And no, the scenes are not completely random - green girls revive you after you lose, and (for the most part) you screw the boss of the level(in some shape or form)

Yeah, I've played old flash games
They were better made than this. I UNDERSTAND that you get a sex scene with the "boss" of the level but it's completely non sequitur and you still see one when you lose so it doesn't matter what you do. This is just bad game design.

This developer has quite original games, but it is a pity that most of the games he makes, he makes them in such a way that most of the girls are the same pose, he just changes the head, or the girl is drawn very ugly, and there is a very beautiful girl and curves, and a sex scene, but such scenes are usually minimal.
