I had the same Wacatac warning by Windows Defender for a lot of downloaded ZIP files in the last week or so. Virustotal found nothing and even after unzipping, I did another scan with Windows Defender and suddenly nothing was found any more.
So it's just a false positive issue that Microsoft has to fix in an update with their detection.
