Blowing this thread up because its already been stated that the singapore server is having issues, wont resolve it. Its a host issue and out of our hands.

Since the server (almost) fully down, my guess is that it's a dying server. Therefore it will still need times.The server need to be replaced, then either mirrored or configured, then tested, before things return to their usual state. And the replacement can only be done during work hours in Singapore (where it's located), while the configuration and tests can only be done where one of the admin isn't at works, since it's not part of its job.
