This is mainly a visual novel. There is little game here (at the least: the choices have no impact).

Disabling piss in the options menu did nothing, 2nd story event in chapter 2 forces your character to piss himself even after having double checked it was disabled. I dropped the game there.

Either it's a sizable start or it's just full of uncompressed .webms, with auto-playing full volume audio designed to blast your ears out.
