But the most relevant point for me is still open...can i play a pure lesbian? Especially in real porn games i dont want to see any dicks.

Well, haven't downloaded it yet, but it doesn't say virgin, just not interested in sex. IIRC (been a while since I read them) in the books it's implied she wasn't virgin (and definitely is lesbian / bisexual). Though books wise she's quite interested in sex, so...

But then there's game vs books vs netflix lore / details, so who knows which it's following, if any.

you won’t be able to play as a pure lesbian, but apart from the plot, you won’t have to see the members (only twice)

You go to the QSP folder in your game folder, click qspgui.exe then open zirael.qsp with it.

oh shit, i found this. My previous game was in russian, apparently this is from it. Now I refused to make new games with the Russian language
