I tried for a couple of minutes and unfortunate is not for me. I like wincest and to play with one mc and the mc be of the same universe just like a couple of Loud House games here and Rick & Morty to name a few. This game is a mix match of various cartoons, and there's nothing wrong with that, is just not my taste.

Good luck with your project ApocaDevs

I understand. I will suggest you to come back in a few month when the story will be aded, so you can see that its not really about mc's being from an alternate universe (we added the "multiversal-sister" to make it simple and to not getting in trouble with patreon, we never know). If you like non-multiversal family sex I think you will be satisfied, or at least intrigued.

Thanks for the kind word

I like how there's a poll for what characters you want to see in game, but there's nothing in the game yet.

How about START making the game then ask?

Milfs from Danny Phantom, Jimmy Neutron and Dexter's Laboratory. I'm definitely keeping an eye on this. Good luck.

>>Loses job
>>puts game on hold
... isn't, idunno, unemployment the PERFECT excuse to throw yourself into game development as you search for a new job?

Sure, but it is an "All in" kind of move, the certainty that pateron will feed you is no longer there as patreon has been cracking down on random bullshit, this game uses well known characters so there is also a Damocles sword hanging above the developer in form of "Cease and Knock it fucking off" from the owners.

Not to mention we're discussing the game on an active Pirate forum where we steal the game for free(or get it handed over to us), thus not-generating the income for the developer, although one can argue, he's here too, he knows what he's doing.

So, from my point of view. No, this is a money generating hobby, and simply too risky to use only it to stay afloat.
No disrespect meant to Apocadev of course.

This... is all irrelevant; sitting on his duff while searching for a job isn't going to feed him either. Your logic is... nonexistent. I merely pointed out the discrepancy between being unemployed (gaining more free time) and cancelling his game for that reason. He has more time to work, not less. Once he gets a new job, he can decrease his output again. I just find there to be no logic to cancelling his game because he loses his job.

But back to your entirely separate argument; iffy money, is, again, better than NO money in the same vein that working on his game is better than twiddling his thumbs with his newly-acquired free time.

-Cut for brevity-
Look, I may not have placed all the details there, but that doesn't mean my logic is non-existent.
So to make it more logical:
I'm going to assume, Dev has apartment/house he needs to pay, family to feed etc. Dev has lost his job, which he needed because he had it, if he didn't need it, and could substitute the income purely from Patreon and or derivates, he wouldn't be in this situation, now would he? He got back some free-time, which is now spent in stress. Money is finite resource and usually runs out, so he decided to go job-hunting, that takes time, and if he has to do the same song and dance I had to do when I was between jobs, as mandated by country I live in, he didn't get that much free time either.

I dunno if you are developer, writer or an artist, but let me tell you, everything comes to grinding halt when you are stressed over some shit, be it parents dying, your kids in hospital, or you having to face eviction in set time unless you find a way to pay for your home again. This alone would put a damper on dev's creativity, or ability to concentrate on wank-material. Not to mention that We do not know dev's financial situation at all, and the patreon's have been freed, so I cannot tell you if he was raking in hundreds of thousands, or if he got 300 bucks a month. What I can tell you is: this guy has integrity, If he knows he won't be working on his game, he does not want your money either. That's a sign of quality, unlike some games that rake in thousands monthly, only to release 1 new enemy with 1 animation once per year.

For me, this guy is cool, I wish him well, and I'm looking forward to him returning.

Fair enough. I wasn't knocking the dev at all; just noting the irony.
