Maybe. The Patreon page has been entirely removed. That either means the dev himself did so at some point or Patreon did for some reason (an unused page perhaps, although probably for some ToS violation or whatnot). I would think the dev deleting it himself is more likely, but who knows for sure?

Wouldn't sweat it too much, differences between a and b are some minor fixes for variables and names, and dev might have forgotten to change the filename on reuploading. Honestly, even if it's actually 0.2a that's been uploaded, it won't make much difference for the existing content, and it definitely won't matter since there's no future content that'll be affected by it.
