Are there any scenes like buttchuckjones where its basically an rpg game like his "orcs at the borders" scene. That shit was dope

Someone on Yuki Portal releases Scenes which are effectively games. They are under the VNGE heading. One I remember is like a snakes and ladders game. Another is a dice rolling game where whoever loses takes off a layer of clothing or similar.
I can't remember whether these links are to the ones I am thinking of. But they are definitely by that author.
I found you could also change the characters on some of the games (but not necessarily on all). It's a while since I looked at them. The author has produced quite a few and others follow a more linear storyline.

That's correct. In yuki portal I saw a VNGE in what, depend the choices made, so the consequences. Sadly I don't remeber the exact name.
VNGE engine has that capability to chain several commands to make a complete visual novel. one example of a clever use of available tools is Daggoth, check out this VNGE scene, depends on what you choose is the final result:
