Is there a "developed" path I should try that is ongoing? I'm new to this title and every other option seems to be "in development". This title was started in the year 2020 and it is now 2024 so I'm making an assumption that in 4+ years of development... something has been done or am I incorrect?

But as version numbers are arbitrary and ultimately meaningless, we don't even though if we're even anywhere close to half way done. Come back in another year and maybe what you want will have something more.
