Unfortunately he doesn’t give out full PSDs. I was a patron for a months and cancelled after I discovered this. Unless his tiers have changed, no tier gets PSD with nude or alt layers.
Anyone happen to have the latest set(s)?

Ah ok, I dont edit images myself so yea that's why I'm in the dark. What modifications would one need to do?
Whatever modifications they want. Most common is combinations of clothes not released by the author
