No. Most "couples" are in love with each but not official boyfriend/girlfriend. Additionally on the Ian x Lena path cheating from both parties is possible.

Keep in mind just because you can do it, doesn't mean the people in love with your MCs will appreciate you sleeping around. Some might ask you to stop or you might lose relationship points because of how you act around other characters.

I expect we'll see some kind of 'proper' prostitution/escort content eventually. Either as an extension of StalkFap shenanigans, Wildcats 'auditions', or more Seymour-related content. I tryed with the version here.
Another error:

That's my main run. Some Alison, Cherry, Emma, Cindy, Minerva fun then Lena gf and now throuple with Holly. Flirting with Ivy too and supervisor lady from the new job.
