As I recall, it's pretty easy to get. You just need to 'fail' Hana's date then play the start of the next day [Monday of Week 3] when the MC wakes up alone.
Does anyone know what to expect from the next update?
For example, in the last ones we had the Hana update which was the meeting with her

It is a Visual novel, but you do make choices which impact the story and the scenes you see, so no, it isn't a kinetic novel.
There's a few free roam segments in the game but they are not many. The game is even better than it looks, give it a go, chances are you'll probably like it.
Rosalind should have the spotlight this update, other than that we'll have some club shenanigans and one of the house girls might get a scene too, we also know the update will end around friday night and there will be one big group scene with multiple characters interacting with each other.

We're having thursday night at the apartment with Rosalind, friday night at the club (I guess) and a SM scene with the Old Bitch (at the club on thursday night maybeee?). The rest is unknown territory to me.

I wouldn't get my hopes up too much, doubt putting Edwin's Ex back in the picture would help the story in any way shape or form but then again I'm not the writer her so what do I know.
Honestly as far as the Mallow (I think this was her name) and Edwin previous relationship goes, the only thing I'm curious about is how it ended, especially if it was because of something like her catching Edwin in the middle of one of his "therapy" sessions with his mother previous "work".

I have to wonder. The summer exhibition threatened to have some really twisted stuff in store. And given where it started, with what Veronica was forced to do in her punishment, I believe it. How far is it going to go?
Since these are all warped, rich assholes who get a kick out of seeing women humiliated, used, and degraded sexually, is there bestiality in the exhibition's future? I just...I can't help but imagine "The Worst Thing" for the finale of the exhibition, where there's a challenge where the girls have to let themselves be fucked by a dog or a horse or something. First, you forgot that - as you saw with the usb video in the prologue - the exhibition ends with the patrons gangbanging the Carnations. I don't think our esteemed club members would want to be animals' sloppy seconds.
Secondly, I think that bestiality content would jeopardize this game on Patreon. They would shut it down.

The first part isn't correct. The USB video from the prologue shows week three of a previous exhibition, and the theme of that week ("Public Use") is different than this year's theme ("Hell Week"). The events vary from year to year.
The second part is correct, so I doubt we'll see any bestiality. And frankly I think Kathleen can come up with other, more tailored techniques to achieve all the humiliation she needs.
