I can't go in apartment between 18h and midnight. Everything was ok, but than once I got kicked out, and now, if I click on apartment anytime between 18h and midnight, I need to use "escape"... Anybody other have this bug?

There is a hotfix. It should fix your problem: Hotfix_03_1 Replace files in \Province_Guy_03\assets\standalone_content with files from the archive.
how do I give uncle Misha vodka. I have 17 in my bag. I knock on the door and enter and it says I have to have vodka to visit.

Can you, please, upload your save file? Also, can you enter this in "Run command" : msg $inventory[key+1] and provide the output?

You welcome. I've checked the issue, it is a bug in store code. Buy bottled water instead, that will do.
I'm kind of stuck at Nataly's quest. "Pay a visit to Shulgin at the third floor. Hide in the storage room up until 22:30 and then go to a bedroom and peek." I did that part, but after that Kolya isn't saying anything to me.

Everything is fine with your game. You should peek until you see Nataly with Sergey, more then once. Or wait few months, while giving her less money then she asks. In your case, 3 times left. This part is grindy, may be I'll get it shorten it a bit in the versions to come.

Now I'm pretty sure I'm stuck. I went to cafe with Sveta, but when I try to talk to her in her room (to ask her again) I get a blank white screen.

You can use Run command option (while dev panel enabled). Example: month = 1 will set month to January, week = 1 will set day to Monday, year = 2017 will set year to 2017.

Two HUGE let downs that I can point before even trying the game:
NO INCEST, and everybody knows that incest is WINcest! I mean what's even the point of a game if you can't fuck your mom or sis? Just fucking some random girls isn't that interesting (some talented authors can make it interesting, but usually it is fucking boring). Well, I hope there's at least a teacher or something even slightly taboo.
CrAyOn painted childish drawings instead of real porn.Don't get me wrong, I love drawing with crayons just like the next guy, but it's just does not makes me hard. Strange, right?
EDIT: Forgot to mention that fucking Kolka, his friends and Step-father, were the best parts of Province Girl, IMHO. So cutting out\not putting in incest kills the vibe, at least for me.
