each route, the hero or the rich kid give you a different kink, smell traits is obtained in Danielo route or by having sex with older npc

It's pretty much that. If there's a dog humanoid monster in a sexual scene, the tag should be added, even if is one single small scene. Why? Because some people get offended if you don't tag it properly. They even will say stuffs like "you lied to me" and such.

Dog humanoid monster should fall under the "monster" tag, not the "bestiality" tag, they're f'n different things... Someone looking for one of these may not be looking for the other.
I'm also of the firm opinion that tags should be added based on presence and relevance, not based on the desires of special snowflakes.
Like the tentacle tag... The amount of tentacle content in this game is pitiful. If was looking for games based on that tag, and ran into this one, I'd be thoroughly disappointed. Even when it comes to tags I dislike, like scat, I won't avoid a game with it if it has ONE avoidable scene or some such. I've seen it happen after all... It makes tag filtering meaningless, because you might filter a perfectly good game that might have just one bit of content that you can easily avoid.
Ugh. I swear. This comes up all the time, and people keep being brainless about it...

Playing newest patch with dlc n shit. Pursue best boy William to the ten heart event. Ten heart event implies the ending requires Monica to be pregnant (am not pregnant during ten heart event and become so afterwards, unfortunately Monica decides that's the night she's going to fuck Kyle for the first time. Boooooooooo he's for Milli) Come to William's next day. H event requires pregnancy... And work requires an empty womb. What do? I literally can't proc the ending. Delivering the baby and coming back just leads to a normal day at the sex slave office with Mr William. What do?

None of the three main "bulls" in the game require pregnancy as part of their events, regardless of any "get pregnant" type commentary. You just need to progress their events to level 12 (the pixel animation one), and that's it, you're done. Also, I'm pretty sure that Monica needs to NOT be pregnant by the end of the final day if you want to get their ending, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
In any case, their events needing Monica to NOT be pregnant was the same aaaaaaall the way back in the original first version of the game in JP, so this is not something Kagura did or anything like that. It's just how Acerola designed things. All of the main bull endings end with Monica getting fucked stupid, Kyle finding her while getting fucked by the guy in question, Kyle fucking off into the the sunset (and probably hiding under a window or something to fap) then a bit of a time skip to Monica now pregnant and getting fucked retarded even more.
As is, most other "storylines" don't have 12 scenes + an ending, so I don't think there's anything to complain about.

I presumed the ending was this event in the attached image, but fast forwarding to day 60 via cow magic did indeed proc the proper ending as you said; just to test it for ya, I fast forwarded to the ending with Monica pregnant and I did still get the ending for William, not some generic ending though Monica inexplicably started the scene babyless even if William fixed that quick enough. No complaints here, except maybe the mandatory sex with Kyle on pregnancy (and other random times even if Monica's desire was zero at the end of the day) but that's pretty tolerable. Thanks again for your help, friend!
For the Sophia and Milli scenes with William and Daniello you need to be 100% exposed and slept with both Milli and Sophie enough that they now roam the city, then you should be able to see their scenes by going to William's mansion at night or their rooms where there is a pop up of two eyes. Haven't figured out where the location of Arc's events is with them though, might depend on how far along Monica is with him or if the Demon King is dead. Sorry for the very late response haha

Alc's event is on the east side, at the streaming center. It's accessed in the same way as the Tentacle scenes for Sophia and the Orc rape scenes for Mili.

Since I decided to take another look at the exe's for this game, ran them through Virustotal (Both the Kagura Version and AI Translated Version) and noticed VT marked both for detections. Whenever I get a game I run them through Malwarebytes and Windows Full/Offline Scan if I really don't trust it and neither detected anything, wondering if anyone else can confirm if these are False Positives or if they have an actually root.

Also checked out other Acelora titles and each also are detected by Trapmine AV.

Lust Prison showed no detections, I can't recall which download sources I got each from but I mostly use Mega is available. )

I got the KG version from here, and I also run it sandboxed (like pretty much everything I get from here). The game has never tried to access the Internet, nor has it tried to write any unusual files anywhere. Nor has it tried to access anything it shouldn't. At least, as far as I've been able to tell.
If the KG version we have here has a virus, it's an incredibly sophisticated and subtle one that also apparently isn't doing anything for ages. I've been playing the game a lot since near launch, and then on and off as mood allowed, and my PC hasn't exploded or anything.
All in all, in theory, it should be safe. Never heard of Trapmine AV, dunno if it's worth anything whatsoever or why it's flagging the KG exe.

Thanks for the help and sorry for the trouble, I'm not all too familiar with AV's and sandboxed programs so I just brought it up as a concern since you never know with this site and the people who may get infected or want to infect others.
