Ok guys,
danomator , puyo , aculnoobc39876 , Olegowsom , DrTowel , Angel Nightsky and all.
After analyzing the code it turns out that you must put the dick in a very small area (a few pixels).
I modified the code (only in the english version) to enlarge that area.
First you must click the dick and then position the tip in the entrance of the vagina, then click again.
Can you download the updated version in the first post and try again?

A total blast from the past. I played those games, I don't think I ever finished the dog one, but I finished the horse one without any instructions.
As for the dog one, I remember consistently getting to the last level and not knowing what to do in the last part (like a lot of posters here).
So now, I'm weirdly proud of myself to be able to finish a fetish game I wasn't able to finish 20-something years ago. Strange feelings.

The
- Play the Spanish version;
- From the beginning fail several times in a row till it gets into late night (at some point there will be no more game over and you will have all the time to try the last scene);
- Beat the game. Here's a tip: Lola's arms have 11 stances, and each stance match one exact lvl on the white bar;
- Get into the last scene (the glitch worked if the number on bottom right corner is red and negative);
- Drag the dick in to the entrance at the top of the vagina and click again (try and error till it works);
- Enjoy.
Its easy, and no need to cheat. I'm going to explain how to get the last scene by glitching the game:
- Play the Spanish version;

I've read all the possible instructions. It doesn't work for me, every balloon press is a complete fail.
200 times, 0 success to jump over the obstacle.
Can somebody please give SPECIFIC instructions? when to press is very important I think.

The instructions are more or less accurate. I used that and intuition.
So when there are 5 blocks when the horseshoe appear it moves once then you jump, almost immediately. So for one block horseshoe moves 5 times than jump
