It's annoyingly difficult to do for an action it wants you to do, but you just have to click the flashing text when it's not flashing and you'll pick it up (it's just the bag of coffee your boss told you they would give you).
At several points in the game you will see blinking yellow notices.
Click them: they are the link. Try several times if the first time does not work.
They game is very well made, very clear about what it offers and it is exactly what the tags say:

The baby crazy stuff really put me out of this. It was obviously going to be a thing but I didn't expect it would be 'work at a nursery for multiple weeks' thing. Crazy tonal whiplash for a game with explicit sexual scenes. Shame. I was really enjoying it until that became the focus.
Hmm. With such a big emphasis on the female figure, one would think there would be more content with trans elements, unless I've clearly missed it.
To be fair, it's a big, big game and I feel like I've only begun to scratch the surface. Also, the guitar section is absolutely brutal.
I don't mind the lack of a male conquering hero path, but it also rubs me a bit raw that it's lady bits or bust in a journey of self discovery. The game has a significant push towards a middle ground here and there, and if the world / setting is as gender fluid as the narrative writes in the introduction, there surely would be more testing the waters, so to speak.
Or to speak plainly and likely anger more than a few out there: These days, men and woman are not solely defined by their genitalia down below, which is a concept that seems at odds with some story beats here and there.
On a similar beat, you can be a successful woman and not bear a child. Adoption or just supporting others is a perfectly wonderful, viable thing. The stats for femininity and baby crazy are two different things, after all. (Unless that's simply window dressing.)
Of course, this is your project and your story, so at the end of the day, the direction and thrust of the narrative is, of course, entirely up to you.
Anyway. That aside, as mentioned, the game is quite robust! I don't know how long this tale has been in the works, but there are significant things to look at and explore, even if some areas are less complete than others. I've spied maybe a handful of typos at most, the writing is coherent, and several of the characters are interesting with distinct personalities.
Oh, before I forget: nitpick wise, sections such as running to get in shape, or watching a video tailored for you really go on entirely too long before being able to move on, input wise. It's amusing at first, but after the second or third go I found myself just tabbing away and doing something else until it completed, which is probably not what you are going for.
There is no description if you are in better shape (as in, the writing is completely absent), and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of need or use for putting the time in to do so, aside from the satisfaction of the number going up. Same deal for niceness.

Then, I read the plot and saw the samples. I waited for more comments and decided to give it a try. The game seems well made but not for me.
After seeing a message saying the dev didn't understand why playing a feminization game but not going through it (
I'm always searching for a potential new bi game but that won't be the case with this one either. Too bad, the worldbuilding and customization seemed interesting, though the gay content is very limited in the folders. The appearance/UI is also well thought.

The protagonist is male, and is "manipulated" (or voluntary) in to wanting to become a woman and wanting to have an heir (1 child, or more).
so : Start with a dick -> transition to wanting a vagina and losing the dick -> Losing the dick and gaining a vagina.

- Male Protagonist : Yes, you start as a male. And you will not stay that way. You will not end the game as a male.

I found a bug. I load up the game and save on 1 browser (Librewolf), 6:40 am on a weekday (had my sleep and all that jazz), tried to drive to work, and I get the void. Thought to myself "maybe it's a browser thing" (which btw I played the game on Librewolf from start till this point). So I load up the same game and save on Firefox and I get the same day but 00:40 am. Can someone explain to my what the bloody heck is going on? I slept in the save to get to 6:40 on Librewolf. why is it that when I load the save on Firefox, it's somehow went back 6 hours? Plus I have been going to bed at 9pm. I have never stayed up. there is no way I should have a time of 0:40am
EDIT: Fun little experiment I just tried. Made a save on Firefox at 6:40am, then loaded that save to Librewolf, and went forward 6 hours to 12:40 pm. And I still get the void when driving to work.
