Technically yes it is a sissification game since BBC, Chastity Cages, and NTR have nothing to do with sissies as a whole, they are just regularly associated with them.- Sissification : NOPE ! No BBC, No chastity cage, No NTR ..... Clearly NOT a sissification game
Sissies themselves are specifically males who are feminine, soft, timid, etc. and tend to also be gay although being gay is not technically a requirement either, it's just a common association.
Since the character starts as a "fully functioning" male and is pushed towards behaving like a woman before becoming a woman, it would indeed fall under the tag of sissification as well as feminization since those terms are actually synonymous.
As for the whole creampie comment and its necessary relation to pregnancy, that is technically only correct if you ignore IVF, pre-cum pregnancies, and a few more fantasy based versions of pregnancy such as oviposition.

Eh, I'd go against the grain and say that they aren't synonymous at all. There's significant overlap, but there are distinct differences. At least enough to warrant separate tags.
I wouldn't expect the MC of a sissification game to get tits, but I would for a feminization game. Sissification is about emasculation more along the lines of chastity, frilly clothes, SPH, humilation in general, and that sort of thing. Feminization is kind of that, but the physical and mental aspect is what makes the delineation. You don't need the emasculation that sissification has for feminization. Again, there's overlap, and to many an... uninitiated, on the surface, they are synonymous, but a sissy stays a sissy, someone feminized either ends up a woman by the end or something close.
I'm not a huge fan of sissification. Chastity is such a fucking dumb concept in these games (ohhh man, I haven't jerked off in 3 days and now I'm leaking everywhere! fucking what? do these people really think that's what happens when you don't jerk it 10 times a day?), BBC is stupidly racist, and NTR/cuck in games is stupid (who the fuck self-inserts and cares enough that some MC's gf is getting fucked?). I prefer to see MC's feminized (it's fun to see what they end up as), I tolerate sissification BS because they're often adjacent.
So yeah, to me there's a big difference.

When you exit the apartment you get an option to use the car. Select the car option and you'll get 3 locations "Drive home", "Drive to work" and "Drive to the suburbs".

And as a Plus I'd Like to add that the Feminization process for this game is a complete Grind. I mean my character's Fem score is 50+ and still no transformation. And we need to go to a medical store in the Mall and buy a Female hormone pill. We have to take a Pill daily as well as select options or perform actions to add more fem points. So far been making my character take fem hormones for more than 2 weeks and fem points is more than 50...... So when does the transformation start???
For anyone wondering. There is 0 gay content, despite the tag. the closest is you can choose to fantasize about guys (by themselves) when you are in the shower. Every interaction is between your sissy MC and women. I can't figure out why this has the gay tag. Maybe eventually it could work up to having a lesbian tag after you transition. But no gay.

The preview images alone make me want to skip it, looks like they did very little to find good images so i doubt the rest is any good
Nah, there's a MM scene you can get on day one (go exploring, and happen upon a couple having sex, they offer for the MC to join and he can end up getting fucked), there's another that happens a little after you start working at the nursery (car breaks down, some dude helps, MC can offer up their services as payment), and there's another one with a dude who drops his kid off at the nursery (which seems to be the transition point between the main game and the end game). There's probably a few more if you look around.
They're all optional and you choose whether or not to engage with them, but the 3 I happened upon and passed up is definitely more than 0.

You get to the daycare after playing the office sequence. Where you get to do some research, some visits and some writing.
after writing the first part of the"unisex" plan you get high heels; after researching day care for the firm (visiting four+coworkers on maternity leave) you get send to a first aid course (leave home in the next morning, drive somewhere, choose the first aid course) and after that to the daycare centre. the images were -extremly poorly in my opion- chosen by the person that has posted the game of F95zone.
That is NOT the gamebuilder. This happens a lot: people post games here, and chose pictures without asking the gamebuilder about either they want the game posted here nor what pictures represent the game.
I would not myself have looked at the game with these pictures to go by.
